The Max-Lift scissor lift table is engineered to optimize workplace safety and productivity with a load capacity ranging from 2,000 to 6,000 lb and a vertical travel range of 24" to 60". It features Zerk fittings on cam rollers and pivot points for easy servicing, ensuring longevity over lifetime lubricated bearings. The intermittent duty motor operates for 15 minutes each hour, making it suitable for medium and high cycle applications. The lift table includes trapped rollers secured by 'Lift-Lok' for maintenance access, Teflon seals to enhance cylinder life and minimize friction, and a robust 1.5 HP internally mounted motor with a control voltage of 115V. The NEMA constant pressure magnet-backed push button control station comes with a 10' power cord. Additional specifications include internally mounted cylinders with stops, integral safety restraint maintenance bars, S.A.E. hoses and fittings, prewired control box with necessary safety features, and hard chrome plated hydraulic piston rods. The surface is finished in safety yellow and blue enamel, complemented by a smooth steel top with safety strips.
