The Max-Lift scissor lift table represents a premier solution in the range of 2,000 - 6,000 lb. capacity with a vertical travel range from 24" to 60", designed to enhance productivity while minimizing the risk of back injuries by maintaining the workload at an optimal height. This lift table features regreasable Zerk fittings on cam rollers and pivot points for extended service life and easy maintenance, a 15-minute intermittent duty motor suitable for medium and high cycle applications, and trapped rollers that secure the top and base leg rollers for straightforward maintenance access. It employs Teflon seals to extend cylinder life, an internally mounted 1.5 HP 230/460-3-60 intermittent duty TENV motor, and operates at a 115V control voltage. The control system includes a NEMA constant pressure magnet-backed up-down push button control station with a 10' power cord, and features such as cylinders with internal stops and integral safety restraint maintenance bars enhance reliability. The build incorporates S.A.E. hoses and fittings, NEMA-1 prewired controls, a control box with essential components such as a contactor and thermal overload, and hard, chrome plated, polished hydraulic cylinder piston rods. The surfaces are finished with safety yellow and blue enamel, complemented by a smooth steel top with yellow and black safety strips, and an internal gear pump system complete with essential valves. The kit also includes hydraulic oil for immediate use.
