The Max-Lift scissor lift table offers unparalleled features and is available in a capacity range of 2,000 to 6,000 lb., with a vertical travel range from 24" to 60". This lift table significantly reduces awkward bending and lifting, minimizing the risk of back injuries while enhancing productivity. It includes Zerk fittings on the camroller and pivot points for easy servicing, ensuring longer-lasting performance compared to lifetime lubricated bearings. The unit is equipped with a 15-minute intermittent duty motor that supports medium and high cycle applications. Features such as trapped rollers with 'Lift-Lok' for easy maintenance access, Teflon seals to reduce friction and wear for faster stroke speeds, and an internally mounted 1.5 HP 230/460-3-60 super torque motor are included. Additional attributes consist of a 115V operating control voltage with NEMA constant pressure, a magnet-backed up-down push button control station with a 10' power cord (connector not included), cylinders with internal stops, integral safety restraint maintenance bars, and S.A.E. hoses and fittings. The prewired controls and electrical connectors are housed in a NEMA - 1 control box containing a contactor, control transformer, thermal overload, and fuse. The hydraulic cylinder piston rods are hard, chrome plated, and polished, while the surfaces are finished with safety yellow and blue enamel, featuring a smooth steel top with safety strips. The internal gear pump is equipped with a check valve, relief valve, and solenoid valve, and the kit includes hydraulic oil.
