The Max-Lift scissor lift table is designed to provide an optimal lifting solution with a capacity range of 2,000 to 6,000 lb, featuring a vertical travel range of 24" to 60" to accommodate various applications. This lift table includes Zerk fittings on camroller and pivot points for easy servicing, ensuring longevity over lifetime lubricated bearings. It is equipped with a 1.5 HP 230/460-3-60 intermittent duty TENV Super Torque motor that operates on a 115V control voltage, along with a NEMA constant pressure magnet-backed up-down push button control station with a 10' power cord. Notable features include trapped rollers for maintenance access, Teflon seals for reduced friction and wear, internally mounted cylinders with internal stops, and integral safety restraint maintenance bars. The design also incorporates S.A.E. hoses and fittings, NEMA-1 prewired controls with electrical connectors, a hard chrome plated hydraulic cylinder piston rod, and a smooth steel top finished in safety yellow and blue enamel. Additionally, the lift is provided with an internal gear pump that includes a check valve, relief valve, and solenoid valve, and is ready to use as it comes complete with hydraulic oil.
