The Max-Lift scissor lift table is designed to optimize efficiency and safety in a variety of applications, with a capacity range of 2,000 to 6,000 lbs and a vertical travel distance of 24" to 60". It features Zerk fittings on camroller and pivot points for easy maintenance and durability, a 1.5 HP 230/460-3-60 intermittent duty TENV super torque motor, and a 115V operating control voltage with a NEMA constant pressure, magnet-backed up-down push button control station. The system is equipped with trapped rollers secured by 'Lift-Lok' for maintenance access, Teflon seals to extend cylinder life and reduce friction, as well as cylinders with internal stops. Safety measures include integral safety restraint maintenance bars and the hard, chrome-plated polished shafting of hydraulic cylinder piston rods. The lift is constructed with a smooth steel top featuring yellow and black safety strips, and surfaces are finished with safety yellow and blue enamel for visibility. It also incorporates an internal gear pump with check valve, relief valve, and solenoid valve, and comes prewired with NEMA-1 controls and electrical connectors, complete with hydraulic oil.
