The Max-Lift scissor lift table is a superior lifting solution designed to reduce awkward bending and lifting by ensuring that the workload is always at the correct level, ultimately decreasing the risk of back injuries and enhancing productivity. It offers a lifting capacity range from 2,000 to 6,000 lbs and features a vertical travel range of 24" to 60", making it suitable for a variety of applications. The kit includes Zerk fittings on cam roller and pivot points for easy servicing, a 15-minute intermittent duty motor that can operate for 15 minutes every hour, and trapped rollers secured by the 'Lift-Lok' for easy maintenance access. Additionally, it features Teflon seals for extended cylinder life, an internally mounted 1.5 HP 230/460-3-60 intermittent duty TENV super torque motor, and a 115V operating control voltage with NEMA constant pressure. The control mechanism comprises a magnet-backed up-down push button control station with a 10' straight or coiled power cord, while the hydraulic system includes cylinders with internal stops, integral safety restraint maintenance bars, S.A.E. hoses and fittings, and NEMA-1 prewired controls with various electrical components. The hydraulic cylinder piston rods are constructed from hard, chrome-plated, polished shafting, and the surfaces are treated with safety yellow and blue enamel finishes. The smooth steel top is marked with yellow and black safety strips, and the unit is equipped with an internal gear pump featuring a check valve, relief valve, and solenoid valve, along with included hydraulic oil.
