The Max-Lift scissor lift table is designed to enhance productivity and reduce the risk of back injuries by maintaining the work load at an optimal height. It has a capacity range of 2,000 - 6,000 lb and a vertical travel range of 24" to 60", making it suitable for a variety of applications. Key features include Zerk fittings on camroller and pivot points for easy maintenance, a 15-minute intermittent duty motor capable of running for 15 minutes every hour ideal for medium and high cycle applications, and trapped rollers secured by 'Lift-Lok' for easy access during maintenance. The lift is equipped with Teflon seals to extend cylinder life, an internally mounted 1.5 HP 230/460-3-60 motor, and operates on a 115V control voltage. The NEMA constant pressure control station features a magnet backed up-down push button and a 10' power cord. Additional specifications include cylinders with internal stops, integral safety restraint maintenance bars, S.A.E. hoses and fittings, and NEMA - 1 prewired controls with a control box that contains a contactor, control transformer, thermal overload, and fuse. The hydraulic system is complemented by hard, chrome plated, polished shafting hydraulic cylinder piston rods, and a smooth steel top adorned with yellow and black safety strips. The internal gear pump is equipped with a check valve, relief valve, and solenoid valve, and the package includes hydraulic oil, ensuring all necessary components for effective operation.
