It features Zerk fittings on cam rollers and pivot points for easy servicing and longer lifespan, a 15-minute intermittent duty motor suitable for medium and high cycle applications, and trapped rollers secured by 'Lift-Lok' for straightforward maintenance access. The hydraulic system includes internally mounted 1.5 HP 230/460-3-60 motors and cylinders with internal stops, complemented by Teflon seals which reduce friction and wear, ensuring faster stroke speeds. The control system operates at 115V with NEMA constant pressure and includes a magnet-backed up-down push button control station with a 10' power cord. Additionally, the system comprises S.A.E. hoses and fittings, prewired NEMA - 1 controls, a robust control box containing a contactor, control transformer, thermal overload, and fuse. The lift table features hard, chrome-plated, polished shafting hydraulic cylinder piston rods and is finished with safety yellow and blue enamel, along with a smooth steel top marked with yellow and black safety strips.
