The Max-Lift scissor lift table is designed to optimize safety and productivity, reducing awkward bending and lifting by ensuring that the workload is always at the correct level. It accommodates a capacity range of 2,000 - 6,000 lb and offers a vertical travel range of 24" to 60", making it suitable for numerous applications. Key features include Zerk fittings on cam rollers and pivot points which are regreasable, ensuring longer durability than lifetime lubricated bearings and ease of maintenance. The lift is powered by a 15-minute intermittent duty motor that can operate for 15 minutes every hour, suitable for medium and high cycle applications. It utilizes trapped rollers with a 'Lift-Lok' mechanism for secure maintenance access when lowered and includes Teflon seals to enhance cylinder life by minimizing friction and wear, resulting in faster stroke speeds and high chemical resistance. The internally mounted 1.5 HP 230/460-3-60 intermittent duty TENV super torque motor operates with 115V control voltage and is equipped with NEMA constant pressure, magnet-backed up-down push button control station with a 10' straight or coiled power cord. Additional specifications comprise cylinders with internal stops, integral safety restraint maintenance bars, S.A.E. hoses and fittings, and NEMA - 1 prewired controls with electrical connectors. The control box comprises a contactor, control transformer, thermal overload, and fuse, while the hydraulic cylinder piston rods feature hard, chrome plated, polished shafting. The unit is finished with safety yellow and blue enamel after being degreased and descaled, and it comes with a smooth steel top featuring yellow and black safety strips. An internal gear pump equipped with a check valve, relief valve, and solenoid valve is included, along with hydraulic oil necessary for operation.
