The Max-Lift scissor lift table is designed to reduce awkward bending and lifting, ensuring the workload is always at the correct level, which minimizes the risk of back injuries while enhancing productivity. This superior lift table is available in a capacity range of 2,000 to 6,000 lb and features a vertical travel range of 24" to 60", making it suitable for a wide array of applications. Key features include Zerk fittings on cam roller and pivot points for easy servicing, a 15-minute intermittent duty motor capable of running for 15 minutes each hour, and trapped rollers that secure top and base leg rollers for maintenance access. The lift table incorporates Teflon seals to extend cylinder life by reducing friction and wear, along with an internally mounted 1.5 HP 230/460-3-60 intermittent duty TENV super torque motor. It operates on a 115V control voltage and includes a NEMA constant pressure magnet backup up-down push button control station with a 10' power cord. Additional specifications include cylinders with internal stops, integral safety restraint maintenance bars, S.A.E. hoses and fittings, and prewired NEMA-1 controls that contain a contactor, control transformer, thermal overload, and fuse. The hydraulic cylinder pistons are supported by hard, chrome-plated polished shafting, and the surfaces are finished with safety yellow and blue enamel. The smooth steel top is marked with yellow and black safety strips, and the internal gear pump includes a check valve, relief valve, and solenoid valve. The kit also comes with hydraulic oil included.
