The Max-Lift is a superior scissors lift table designed to reduce awkward bending and lifting by keeping the workload at the correct level, thereby minimizing the risk of back injuries and enhancing productivity. This lift table is available in a capacity range of 2,000 to 6,000 lb, with a vertical travel range from 24" to 60", making it suitable for a variety of applications. Key features include Zerk fittings on cam roller and pivot points for easy servicing, an internally mounted 1.5 HP 230/460-3-60 intermittent duty TENV super torque motor, and a 115V operating control voltage with a magnet-backed up-down push button control station with a 10' power cord. The Max-Lift also incorporates trapped rollers secured by a 'Lift-Lok' mechanism for easy maintenance access, Teflon seals that extend cylinder life, internal stops in cylinders, integral safety restraint maintenance bars, and S.A.E. hoses and fittings. The control box is NEMA - 1 prewired, containing a contactor, control transformer, thermal overload, and fuse, while the hard, chrome-plated hydraulic cylinder piston rods contribute to durability. The surfaces are degreased, descaled, and finished in safety yellow and blue enamel, complemented by a smooth steel top with yellow and black safety strips. Additionally, the internal gear pump features a check valve, relief valve, and solenoid valve, and hydraulic oil is included with the package.
