The TN-700 tube and pipe notcher is designed for a variety of applications including structural work, racing and off-road chassis, and steam pipe fabrication. This machine features a 2 HP motor that operates on 115-volt power, making it suitable for use almost anywhere, including fieldwork. It can notch pipes at angles up to 60° and is equipped with inverter-driven variable speeds to optimize milling speed for effective cutting while minimizing wear and tear. The digital readout for RPM and included speed chart assist in achieving the perfect cutting speed. The vise offers extensive adjustability with X- and Y-axis controls to ensure precise cutting positions, and a degree or angle-finder facilitates angle checks for repeatability. The cam lock allows for easy setting of degree options for traditional notches. Built with a heavy-duty cast iron framework, the notcher reduces vibration, extends machine life, and enhances cutting accuracy. A spacer sleeve is included for use with end mills smaller than 1-1/4", although the machine does not come with an end mill, and an optional rolling stand is available.
