The Baileigh® TN-400X3-3 Station Abrasive Tube Notcher is a powerful and versatile machine designed for quick and efficient notching of tubes and pipes. It is equipped with a 220-volt single-phase 4 HP motor and features a forward and reverse switch for changing the belt direction, allowing for standard grinding on the rear of the machine. The stand includes a convenient storage location for all mandrels and rollers, which consists of seven rollers ranging from 1/2" to 2-1/2" that come standard with the machine. The notcher is designed for quick belt changes, making it easy to switch between different grits using the three replacement belts included (one each of 36G, 60G & 80G). Key features include a three-station design for quick access to notching, grinding, and deburring, the ability to notch up to 2-1/2" OD tubing at 60° with included mandrels, V-jaws of the vise that tightly grip both light- and heavy-gauge tubes, a smooth rail system controlled by an industrial helm joint and polished slideway for feeding material into the belt, and an adjustable belt tension using a convenient wheel.
