The SN-V04-MS is a 220 volt three phase hydraulic sheet metal notcher designed for precision cutting of notches at angles ranging from 30 to 140 degrees in mild steel up to 6mm in thickness, achieving up to 15 strokes per minute. The machine features a 4 gauge (6mm) hydraulic variable angle sheet metal notcher with an oversized table measuring 27" x 23-1/2", complete with table guides and miter blocks to ensure accurate notching. It is equipped with 8-1/2" long negatively raked blades that facilitate pulling the material to the stops during cuts, and these blades can be resharpened multiple times, enhancing longevity and providing cost savings. Blade angle adjustments are made using hand wheels, while the notching stroke is controlled by a foot pedal. This machine is backed by a 1 year warranty from Baileigh®.
