The Merit chrome plated brass pipe fitting 1/2 inch coupling NPT female is designed for low pressure applications involving water, oil, and gas (W.O.G.). It features a pressure rating of 125 psi for steam and 200 psi for W.O.G., complying with ANSI B 1.20.1 and ANSI B 16.15 standards. The fittings offer superior corrosion resistance and are made from a relatively soft material, allowing for easy installation and a tight seal. The chrome plating ensures the fittings are easy to clean, resist dirt and bacteria buildup, and maintain a shiny finish.
