The Merit chrome plated brass pipe fitting is a 1-1/2 coupling with NPT female connections, designed for use in low pressure applications involving water, oil, and gas (W.O.G.). These fittings have pressure ratings of 125 PSI for steam and 200 PSI for W.O.G., complying with ANSI B 1.20.1 and ANSI B 16.15 standards. Their chrome plating provides superior corrosion resistance, while the relative softness of the brass material allows for easy installation and creates a tight seal. The fittings are easy to clean, do not attract dirt and bacteria, and maintain a shiny finish.
