The Merit chrome plated brass pipe fitting includes one locknut with NPT female threading. These chrome plated brass fittings are designed for low pressure applications involving water, oil, and gas (W.O.G.), with pressure ratings of 125 psi for steam and 200 psi for W.O.G. They comply with ANSI B 1.20.1 and ANSI B 16.15 standards. The fittings provide superior corrosion resistance and feature a relatively soft material that facilitates easy installation and ensures a tight seal.
