The Merit chrome plated brass pipe fitting is a 1-1/2 x 1/2 reducing coupling with NPT female connections, suitable for low pressure applications involving water, oil, and gas (W.O.G.). This fitting has pressure ratings of 125 PSI for steam and 200 PSI for W.O.G., complying with ANSI B 1.20.1 and ANSI B 16.15 standards. The chrome plated brass construction provides superior corrosion resistance, and its relative softness facilitates easy installation and ensures a tight seal. Additionally, these fittings are easy to clean, do not attract dirt or bacteria, and maintain a shiny finish.
