The Low-Profile Hopper features a design that positions the hopper within easy reach, allowing a single operator to easily dump the contents by pulling a 3' long steel chain while seated on the forklift. The balanced hopper tilts to an industry-optimal 90° to empty completely, with tilt stopping automatically and the hopper returning to an upright, locked position when lowered to the ground. Its reinforced and braced formed steel base, coupled with precision robotic welds, provides a strong, industrial-grade unit. The Series "55" hopper is constructed from 1/8" steel (12 gauge) with a 3/16" (7 gauge) steel base, and a safety chain is included to secure the hopper to the forklift. Leak-proof hoppers are available upon request.
