The low-profile design positions the hopper within easy reach, allowing a single operator to easily dump the contents by pulling a 3' long steel chain while seated on the forklift. The balanced hopper tilts to an industry-optimal 90° for complete emptying, with a tilt stop that engages automatically; it also returns to the upright, locked position automatically when lowered to the ground. The unit features a reinforced and braced formed steel base with precision robotic welds for strength and durability, and a safety chain is included to secure the hopper to the forklift. The hopper is constructed from Series "55" 1/8" steel (12 gauge) and rests on a 3/16" (7 gauge) steel base. Leak-proof hopper options are available upon request.
