The low-profile design places the Series "55" hopper within easy reach, allowing a single operator to easily dump the contents by pulling a 3' long steel chain while seated on the forklift. The balanced hopper tilts to an industry-optimal 90° for complete emptying, automatically stopping at the tilt point and returning to the upright, locked position when lowered to the ground. Constructed with a reinforced and braced formed steel base and precision robotic welds, this industrial-grade unit features a 1/8" (12 gauge) steel hopper with a 3/16" (7 gauge) steel base. A safety chain is included to secure the hopper to the forklift, and leak-proof hoppers are available upon request.
