The low-profile design places the hopper within easy reach, allowing a single operator to easily dump the contents by pulling the 3' long steel chain while seated on the forklift; the balanced hopper tilts to an industry-optimal 90° to empty completely. Tilt stops automatically and the hopper automatically returns to the upright, locked position when lowered to the ground. The unit features a reinforced and braced formed steel base with precision robotic welds for a strong, industrial-grade construction, with leak-proof hoppers available upon request. A safety chain is included to secure the hopper to the forklift. The Series "77" hopper is made of 3/16" steel (7 gauge) with a 3/16" (7 gauge) steel base.
