The hoppers are perfectly balanced to roll forward when loaded, dump completely, and automatically return to an upright, locked position ready for reloading. Continuous welding helps prevent dripping of wet materials, with leak-proof hoppers available upon request. The hopper includes a formed smooth edge around the top and pouring lip for safety and strength, extended sides to prevent side-wise scattering of material, and a stacking feature allowing stacking of empty hoppers. The package includes a strong, easy-to-operate latching mechanism and a safety chain designed to wrap around the mast of the forklift to prevent the hopper from coming off the forks.
