Engineered for safety and economy, these hoppers are perfectly balanced to roll forward when loaded, dump completely, and automatically return to the upright, locked position ready for reloading. They feature continuous welding to help prevent dripping of wet materials, with leak-proof hoppers available upon request. A formed smooth edge around the top and pouring lip provides safety and strength, while extended sides prevent side-wise scattering of material. The stacking feature is standard on this model, allowing empty hoppers to be stacked. The hopper includes a strong, easy-to-operate latching mechanism and a safety chain that wraps around the mast of the forklift to prevent the hopper from coming off the forks. Factory-installed upgrades available at the time of order include legs for pallet truck access, a chain latch for dumping at extreme heights, lifting lugs for overhead crane use, and a 3-way entry base that allows forklift access.
