The low-profile design positions the hopper within easy reach, allowing a single operator to dump the hopper contents by pulling the 3-foot long steel chain while seated on the forklift. The balanced hopper tilts to an industry-optimal 90° angle for complete emptying, with tilt stopping automatically and the hopper returning to the upright, locked position when lowered to the ground. The unit features a reinforced and braced formed steel base with precision robotic welds, resulting in a strong, industrial-grade construction; leak-proof hoppers are available upon request. A safety chain is included to secure the hopper to the forklift. The Series "77" hopper is made from 3/16-inch (7 gauge) steel with a 3/16-inch (7 gauge) steel base.
