The ProDeck50® punched pallet rack decking is a versatile, stronger, and flatter alternative to wire mesh decking, designed to fit 42" deep pallet racks with a 1-5/8" step beam. It has a weight carrying capacity of up to 250 lbs. per square foot, making it suitable for storing heavy parts, small stacked items, and various other materials. The single-piece, smooth, and flat steel decking features a 50% open surface area to comply with NFPA 13 fire and sprinkler codes. Its exclusive patented punched-style hole pattern prevents small parts from falling through while providing a flush design that keeps the beam face clear for labeling. The nominal dimensions are 42" x 30", and the decking is galvanized for durability. This decking is ideal for pallet rack and bulk rack applications and is commonly used for automotive parts, carpets, padding, flooring, furniture, mattresses, hand-stacked parts, medical supplies, plumbing supplies, records, archives, and retail point-of-sale storage.
