The Interlake Mecalux pallet rack tear drop add-on measures 120"W x 48"D x 144"H and includes one upright frame and two beam shelf levels, providing versatility for warehouses with various product types. Manufactured from high-strength steel and quality raw materials, the upright frames feature tear drop perforations that allow for shelf adjustment at 2" increments and are finished with a green powder coat for durability. The orange pallet rack beams incorporate a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that automatically seats and locks, preventing accidental displacement and ensuring a secure connection. The locking mechanism is designed to be damage and tamper proof, maximizing total capacity while accommodating accessories like wire decking with a 1-5/8" step. The unit is easy to assemble and is interchangeable with various brands such as Global, Wireway/Husky, Unarco, Steel King, USP, Speed Rack, and Invincible. Capacity specifications are based on 36" beam shelf spacing, and the add-on units are certified by the Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc (RMI).
