The ProDeck50® punched pallet rack decking is a versatile and durable solution designed for pallet rack and bulk rack applications, featuring a patented single-piece steel design that is stronger and flatter than wire mesh decking. It supports a weight capacity of up to 250 lbs. per square foot and measures 48" x 24" nominally, fitting into 48" deep pallet racks with a 1-5/8" step beam. The decking has a flat, smooth surface that prevents snagging or tearing of stored items, with a punched hole pattern that prevents small parts from falling through while maintaining a 50% open surface area to comply with NFPA 13 fire and sprinkler codes. The flush design keeps the beam face clear for labeling, and the decking is galvanized for durability. It is ideal for storing heavy parts, small stacked items, automotive parts, carpets, furniture, medical and plumbing supplies, records, retail point of sale items, and hand-stacked parts.
