The ProDeck50® punched steel pallet rack decking is a versatile and durable solution designed for pallet rack and bulk rack applications, featuring an exclusive patented design with a hole pattern that prevents small parts from falling through while providing a flat surface ideal for hand-stack applications. It has a weight carrying capacity of up to 250 lbs. per square foot, making it suitable for storing heavy parts, small stacked items, and a wide range of materials such as automotive parts, carpets, padding, flooring, furniture, mattresses, medical and plumbing supplies, records, and retail point-of-sale items. The decking measures 48" x 30" nominally, fits 48" deep pallet racks with a 1-5/8" step beam, and has a 50% open surface area to comply with NFPA 13 fire and sprinkler codes. Its smooth, flat design prevents snagging or tearing of stored items and features a flush design that keeps the beam face clear for labeling. The decking is galvanized for corrosion resistance.
