The ProDeck50® punched pallet rack decking is a versatile and durable storage solution designed for pallet rack and bulk rack applications, featuring a patented punched-style steel decking with a flat surface that is stronger and flatter than wire mesh decking. It supports a weight carrying capacity of up to 250 lbs. per square foot and measures 24" x 24" nominally, fitting into 24" deep pallet racks with a 1-5/8" step beam. The decking's hole pattern prevents small parts from falling through while maintaining a 50% open surface area to comply with NFPA 13 fire and sprinkler codes. Its flush design keeps the beam face clear for labeling, and the galvanized color provides corrosion resistance.
