The Prodeck50® punched pallet rack decking is a versatile and durable storage solution designed to fit into 24" deep pallet racks with a 1-5/8" step beam. It is made of punched-style steel with an exclusive patented design, featuring a flat, smooth surface that is stronger and flatter than wire mesh decking, preventing snagging or tearing of stored items. This decking has a nominal dimension of 24" x 30" and a weight carrying capacity of up to 250 lbs. per square foot, making it suitable for heavy parts, small stacked items, and various other storage needs. Its 50% open surface area complies with NFPA 13 fire and sprinkler codes, while the hole pattern prevents small parts from falling through and the flush design keeps the beam face clear for labeling. The product comes in a galvanized color and is ideal for applications including automotive parts, carpets, padding and flooring, furniture and mattresses, hand-stacked parts, medical supplies, plumbing supplies, records and archives, retail point of sale, and small parts storage.
