The ProDeck50® punched pallet rack decking is a versatile and durable solution designed for pallet rack and bulk rack applications, featuring an exclusive patented design and a punched-style steel construction that provides a flat, smooth surface ideal for hand-stacking. It has a weight carrying capacity of up to 250 lbs. per square foot, making it suitable for storing heavy parts, small stacked items, and a variety of other products such as automotive parts, carpets, furniture, medical supplies, plumbing supplies, records, and retail point of sale items. The decking measures 36" x 24" nominally, fits 36" deep pallet racks with a 1-5/8" step beam, and has a 50% open surface area that complies with NFPA 13 fire and sprinkler codes. The hole pattern is specifically designed to prevent small parts from falling through, while the flush design keeps the beam face clear for labeling. The decking is galvanized for corrosion resistance and durability. It includes warranty terms as specified by the manufacturer.
