The ProDeck50® punched steel pallet rack decking is a versatile and durable solution designed for pallet rack and bulk rack applications, featuring an exclusive patented design with a flat, smooth surface that prevents snagging or tearing of stored items. It has a weight carrying capacity of up to 250 lbs. per square foot, making it suitable for heavy parts, small stacked items, and hand-stack applications. The decking is galvanized with nominal dimensions of 36" x 30" and is designed to fit into 36" deep pallet racks with a 1-5/8" step beam. It includes a hole pattern that prevents small parts from falling through, maintains a flush design to keep the beam face clear for labeling, and offers 50% open surface area to comply with NFPA 13 fire and sprinkler codes. Typical storage applications include automotive parts, carpets, padding, flooring, furniture, mattresses, medical and plumbing supplies, records and archives, retail point of sale, and small parts.
