The ProDeck50® punched decking is a versatile pallet rack decking designed for pallet rack and bulk rack applications, featuring a patented punched-style steel construction with a hole pattern that prevents small parts from falling through. It offers a weight carrying capacity of up to 250 lbs. per square foot, making it ideal for storing heavy parts, small stacked items, and other varied storage needs. The decking measures 42" x 24" nominally and is designed to fit into a 42" deep pallet rack with a 1-5/8" step beam. Its flat, smooth surface is ideal for hand-stack applications, preventing snagging or tearing of items, while the 50% open surface area meets NFPA 13 fire and sprinkler codes. The flush design keeps the beam face clear for labeling, and the decking is finished in galvanized color, suitable for applications including automotive parts, carpets, furniture, medical supplies, plumbing supplies, records, retail point of sale, and small parts storage.
