The efficient 3/4" griddle plate offers thickness that ensures even heat distribution and retention, resulting in faster cook times, greater moisture retention, and higher product yield for a higher quality, moist product. The unit ships for natural gas but includes an LPG conversion kit for easy conversion to propane gas. The griddle carries ETL approval for gas and sanitation, meeting USA requirements for food service use. The cooking surface measures 495.8 square inches. The construction features stainless steel front, sides, and backsplash, double wall construction with insulated side panels, a 4" high backsplash and sidesplash fully welded to the griddle, and 4" adjustable non-skid stainless steel legs. A removable, easy-to-clean full-width stainless grease catch pan is included. The griddle has an extended cool-to-touch front edge and high performance, efficient stainless steel burners providing 30,000 BTU per burner. U-style burners deliver flame every 6" across the griddle surface. Controls feature large temperature knobs with set screws and individual pilot lights with front access. A convertible pressure regulator is provided, and a 3/4" NPT (19mm) rear gas connection is required.
