The Atomic™ 20V Max die grinder (battery and charger sold separately) is designed for high-powered applications in tight spaces, offering optimized maneuverability and up to 445 MWO. It features the DeWalt® anti-rotation system that quickly stops the wheel during pinch, stall, or bind-up events to reduce reactionary torque and increase control. The compact, ergonomic design is 45% smaller than the Milwaukee M18 die grinder, allowing access to hard-to-reach areas. Equipped with a powerful brushless motor, it delivers up to twice the power of the Milwaukee M12 die grinder. The variable speed trigger allows speeds up to 24,500 RPM to match specific applications, while the lock-off paddle switch replicates pneumatic tool performance without a lock-on feature. It includes a forward exhaust system to direct air away from the user and prevent motor overheating, and a bright onboard LED to illuminate the work surface. The tool is Tool Connect™ chip ready for jobsite asset management when paired with the Tool Connect™ chip and app (both sold separately). Part of the DeWalt® 20V Max system, this die grinder provides up to 19% more power than 0.5 HP pneumatic die grinders for work in ultra-tight spaces.
