The Merit Brass 250 lb lead free fitting 3/8" 90 degree elbow NPT female red brass fittings are designed for low pressure applications involving water, oil, and gas (W.O.G.). These fittings have pressure ratings of 125 PSI for steam and 200 PSI for W.O.G., conforming to ANSI B 1.20.1 and ANSI B 16.15 standards. They provide superior corrosion resistance compared to yellow brass, and the material's relative softness facilitates easy installation and a tight seal. Primarily used in commercial plumbing and OEM applications for water, these brass fittings are also applicable for oil, gas, and steam uses.
