The Merit Brass 125 lb lead free fitting 3/8" cap NPT female is made from red brass and is suitable for low pressure applications involving water, oil, and gas (W.O.G.). The fitting has a pressure rating of 125 psi for steam and 200 psi for W.O.G., meeting ANSI B 1.20.1 and ANSI B 16.15 standards. It provides superior corrosion resistance compared to yellow brass, and its relative softness facilitates easy installation and a tight seal. These brass fittings are mainly used for water in commercial plumbing and OEM applications, as well as for oil, gas, and steam applications. The fitting includes a 3/8" NPT female cap, complies with lead free standards, and comes with a warranty covering manufacturing defects.
