The Merit Brass 125 lb lead free fitting is a 2-1/2" tee with NPT female connections. These red brass fittings are suitable for low pressure applications involving water, oil, and gas (W.O.G.), with pressure ratings of 125 PSI for steam and 200 PSI for W.O.G. They comply with ANSI B 1.20.1 and ANSI B 16.15 standards. Offering superior corrosion resistance compared to yellow brass, the material's relative softness facilitates easy installation and ensures a tight seal. Primarily utilized for water in commercial plumbing and OEM applications, these brass fittings are also compatible with oil, gas, and steam applications.
