Merit Brass 125 lb lead-free fitting 1-1/2" x 1-1/4" reducing coupling NPT female is designed for low-pressure applications involving water, oil, and gas (W.O.G.). The fittings have pressure ratings of 125 psi for steam and 200 psi for W.O.G., and they comply with ANSI B 1.20.1 and ANSI B 16.15 standards. These red brass fittings provide superior corrosion resistance compared to yellow brass, while their relative softness facilitates easy installation and ensures a tight seal. Primarily used for water in commercial plumbing and OEM applications, these fittings are also suitable for oil, gas, and steam applications.
