The Merit Brass 150 lb lead free fitting 3/4" threaded companion flange NPT female is made of red brass, suitable for low pressure applications involving water, oil, and gas (W.O.G.). The fittings have pressure ratings of 125 psi for steam and 200 psi for W.O.G., conforming to ANSI B 1.20.1 and ANSI B 16.15 standards. These fittings provide superior corrosion resistance compared to yellow brass, and the softness of the material allows for easy installation and a tight seal. Primarily used for water in commercial plumbing and OEM applications, they are also suitable for oil, gas, and steam applications.
