The Merit Brass 125 lb lead free fitting 1/2" x 1/4" reducing coupling NPT female is made from red brass, suitable for low pressure applications involving water, oil, and gas (W.O.G.). It has pressure ratings of 125 psi for steam and 200 psi for W.O.G., complying with ANSI B 1.20.1 and ANSI B 16.15 standards. The fitting offers superior corrosion resistance compared to yellow brass, with a softer material that facilitates easy installation and ensures a tight seal.
