The Merit Brass 125 lb lead-free fitting is a 1-1/4" x 1/2" reducing coupling with NPT female threads. These red brass fittings are designed for low pressure applications involving water, oil, and gas (W.O.G.), featuring pressure ratings of 125 psi for steam and 200 psi for W.O.G. They conform to ANSI B 1.20.1 and ANSI B 16.15 standards. The fittings provide superior corrosion resistance compared to yellow brass, while the material's relative softness ensures easy installation and a tight seal. Primarily intended for use in commercial plumbing and OEM applications, these brass fittings are also applicable in oil, gas, and steam applications. The product is covered by a warranty.
