The Ohaus® Adventurer™ balance offers a comprehensive solution for routine weighing and measurement tasks, featuring applications such as weighing, parts counting, percent weighing, check weighing, dynamic weighing, formulation, density determination, totalization, display hold, and batch printing. It is equipped with a 4.3" (109 mm) full-color VGA graphic touchscreen with user-controlled brightness, and is NTEP certified. The balance operates with an included AC adapter and supports communication via RS232, USB host, and USB device ports, providing GLP/GMP data output with a real-time clock. Constructed with a metal base, ABS top housing, stainless steel pan, and a glass draftshield with two-piece top-mounted side doors and sliding top door for 1mg models, it includes an illuminated up-front level indicator, weigh below hook, security bracket, calibration lock, and full housing in-use cover. Design features include selectable environmental filters, auto tare, user-selectable span calibration points, software lockout and reset menu, user-selectable communication settings and data print options, user-definable project and user IDs, and support for up to nine operating languages.
