The Airpot coffee brewer is capable of brewing 3.8 to 7.5 gallons (14.4 to 28.4 litres) of high-quality coffee per hour, directly into 1.9 to 3 litre Airpots that keep coffee hot and fresh for hours, making them easy to transport to remote meeting rooms and breakfast bars. The brewer offers a pourover model (CW15-APS) and includes the pourover feature on automatic models, while the faucet is available exclusively on CWTF models. For those using heavier throw weights of coffee, a gourmet funnel model is available. A digital timer allows users to adjust brew cycles from the front panel, with international electrical configurations also offered. The electrical requirements for CW15-APS, CWT15-APS, and CWTF15-APS models are 2-wires plus ground service rated at 120V, single phase, 60Hz, while the CWTF20-APS model requires similar specifications. The CWT35-APS and CWTF35-APS models require 3-wires plus ground service rated at 120/240V, single phase, 60Hz. The plumbing specifications are 20-90 PSI (138-621 KPA) and include a supplied 1/4" (6.4 mm) male flare fitting. Performance is based on incoming water temperatures of 60°F/15°C (with a 140°F/60°C rise) and a 1/2 gallon brew time of 4 minutes. Models designated as 120/208V or 120/240V must be connected to the corresponding electrical service, as outlined in the installation manual.
