The Axiom Automatic Coffee Brewer features a large 200 oz. (5.9 liters) tank that ensures back-to-back brewing capacity, adjusting automatically to varying water pressure. It is equipped with Brewlogic® technology that calculates flow rate and adjusts brew time to maintain consistent pot levels, while Brewwizard® technology simplifies programming through an LCD display, allowing users to set brew level, cold brew lock-out, and tank temperature from the front of the machine. This brewer includes electronic diagnostics, built-in tank drain for easier service, and a cold brew lock-out capability to ensure coffee brew quality. It features a Splashgard® funnel that deflects hot liquids from the hand, with coffee extraction controlled by pre-infusion, pulse brew, and digital temperature control. An automatic warmer shut-off and energy-saver mode further enhance its operation by reducing tank temperature during idle periods. It also has a hot water faucet. The electrical specifications include 120 volt, 15 amp models requiring 2-wires plus ground service rated 120V, single phase, 60 Hz, and 120/240 volt models that require 3-wires plus ground service rated 120/240V, single phase, 60 Hz. The machine operates within plumbing requirements of 20-90 PSI (138-621 KPA) and is supplied with a 1/4" male flare fitting. Additional details indicate that the unit’s performance is based on an incoming water temperature of 60°F (with a 140°F rise) per 1/2 gallon brew time of 4 minutes, and models listed as 120/240V must be connected to 240V electrical service.
