The single coffee brewer is designed to brew 5.1 to 11.4 gallons (19.3 to 43.2 litres) of perfect coffee per hour and can produce batches of 1/2, 1, or 1-1/2 gallons (1.9, 3.8, and 5.7 litres). It features an adjustable bypass that ensures optimal coffee quality regardless of the batch size, while the hot water faucet operates independently of the brew level. An electronic timer provides fast setup and guarantees accurate brew levels, and the electronic grinder interface directs the grinder on the precise amount of coffee required for the chosen batch size. The kit includes a 1.5GPR portable server, which has a patented Safety-Fresh® brew-through lid featuring a vapor seal and spill protection. Additionally, the Splashgard® funnel is designed to deflect hot liquids away from the hand. The brewer is available in international electrical configurations, with 120V models requiring 2-wires plus ground service rated 120V, single phase, 60 Hz, while the 120/208V or 120/240V models require 3-wires plus ground service rated 120/208V or 120/240V, single phase, 60 Hz. The plumbing specifications include a pressure range of 20-90 PSI (138-621 KPA) and it comes supplied with 1/4" male flare fittings. Other specifications consider an incoming water temperature of 60°F (140°F rise), and models labeled as 120/208V or 120/240V must be connected to the respective electrical service.
