The Brewwise® Brewing System with ThermoFresh® Servers brews 16.3 to 18.9 gallons (61.7 to 71.5 litres) of perfect coffee per hour and stores individual coffee recipes, allowing operators to easily brew a variety of coffees. It features controlled coffee extraction with pre-infusion and pulse brew, digital temperature control, and a large sprayhead, while coffee strength can be adjusted using the variable by-pass. The easy pulse interface enables automatic programming of pulse routines, and the system operates efficiently with any combination of Brewwise® equipment through a wireless brewer-grinder interface via the Smart Funnel®. Additionally, the SplashGard® funnel and optional funnel locks enhance safety. Available in black and stainless models, the vacuum-insulated ThermoFresh® servers keep coffee hot and fresh for hours (sold separately). Users can create coffee recipe cards, advertisement cards with messages displayed on the brewer LCD, and dedicated funnels for special coffees with the Brewwise® Recipe Writer compatible with Windows® PCs. The electrical specifications include a 3-wire plus ground service rated at 120/208V or 120/240V, single phase, 60Hz, and since the cord is not included, hardwiring by an electrician is required. The plumbing requirements are 20-90 PSI (138-621 kPa), with the machine supplied with a 3/8" male flare fitting and a tank capacity of 10.6 gallons (40.1 L). This system is based upon incoming water temperature of 60°F (with a 140°F rise), and models marked as 120/208V or 120/240V must be connected to their respective electrical services; users are advised to refer to the installation manual.
