The Axiom Dual-Voltage Airpot Coffee Brewer features an easily convertible voltage system, allowing operation at 120 volt with a 12.5 amp rating, 120/208 volt with a 13 amp rating, or 120/240 volt with a 15 amp rating. This brewer has the capability to brew 4.2 to 7.5 gallons (15.7 to 28.4 liters) of coffee per hour and incorporates BrewLogic® technology that adjusts the brew time based on the flow rate to maintain consistent pot levels, particularly beneficial in high lime areas. The BrewWizard® technology offers simplified programming through an LCD display, enabling settings for brew level, cold brew lock-out, and tank temperature directly from the front. Designed for convenience, it brews directly into 1.9 to 3 liter airpots, which are ideal for transport to various locations such as meeting rooms and breakfast bars. The brewer is equipped with features such as programmable pre-infusion, pulse brew, digital temperature control, an electronic diagnostics system, and a built-in tank drain to facilitate service. It includes a hot water faucet and a SplashGard® funnel that deflects hot liquids away from the hand. The energy-saver mode helps in reducing the tank temperature during idle periods. For electrical requirements, if wired for 120V, it requires 2-wires plus ground service rated 120V, single phase, 60 Hz; for 120/208V or 120/240V, it requires 3-wires plus ground service rated accordingly, also single phase, 60 Hz. The plumbing specification is 20-90 PSI (138-621 kPa) and is supplied with a 1/4" male flare fitting. The tank capacity is 200 ounces (5.9 L) and the brewer operates based on an incoming water temperature of 60°F, achieving a 140°F rise per 1/2 gallon with a brew time of 4 minutes.
