The Axiom Automatic Coffee Brewer features a large 200 oz. (5.9 litres) tank that provides back-to-back brewing capacity and adjusts automatically to varying water pressure. It utilizes Brewlogic® technology to calculate flow rate and adjust brew time for consistent pot levels, while Brewwizard® technology offers simplified brewer programming via an LCD display, allowing users to set brew level, cold brew lock-out, and tank temperature from the front of the machine. The unit includes electronic diagnostics and a built-in tank drain, ensuring easier service and maintenance. It guarantees coffee brew quality with cold brew lock-out capability and incorporates a Splashgard® funnel to deflect hot liquids away from the hand. Coffee extraction is managed through pre-infusion, pulse brew, and digital temperature control, with features such as automatic warmer shut-off and energy-saver mode to reduce tank temperature during idle periods. The brewer is equipped with a hot water faucet and operates on electrical specifications of 120 volt, 15 amp models that require 2-wires plus ground service rated 120V, single phase, 60 Hz, or 120/240 volt models that require 3-wires plus ground service rated 120/240V, single phase, 60 Hz. The plumbing requirements include a pressure range of 20-90 PSI (138-621 kPa) and the machine is supplied with a 1/4" male flare fitting. Additionally, based on an incoming water temperature of 60°F, the unit achieves a 140°F rise per 1/2 gallon brew time of 4 minutes. It is important to note that models listed as 120/240V must be connected to 240V electrical service, and coffee decanters are sold separately.
